In order to deal with the complicated foundation you need to go back to basics as a believer. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God that was slain before the foundation of the world. Therefore, it does not matter if there are complications in your foundation. Delve in the word of God, follow the principles of God and you can detach yourself from the complicated foundation and its effects.
