When ordering from us, you agree to enter the contract as set out by these Terms and Conditions. For any reason we reserve the right to withdraw our services at any time and where necessary decline your order. If we decide to decline your order, we will notify you via e-mail. You can withdraw or cancel your order per the cancellation details stated in these Terms and Conditions.
We aim to provide the best possible service, but on occasions, errors may occur. Any proposed delivery dates are estimates and are based on product availability and processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, the goods are now in your ownership and are therefore your responsibility. Once payment has been taken and goods are in your ownership, it is your responsibility to inspect goods received.

13. Payment
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or through an electronic payment account as indicated on the checkout page.
By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your debit/credit card account or electronic payment account as provided on the checkout page.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the goods or provision of the service to you.
You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.
We reserve the right to change the fees for any services at any time and we agree to notify you at least 30 days in advance of any change in fees.

14. Order Acknowledgement
Following receipt of your order, you will be sent an acknowledgement by email (assuming you provide a valid email address) detailing the price of the goods you have ordered and any associated delivery costs to be charged to you. You must review your order confirmation email to check all information is correct and notify us straight away before dispatch if any of the order details such as delivery address are incorrect.

15. Dispatch & Paper Invoice
We usually dispatch your order within a working day of receiving it, often within hours of receiving your order depending on how busy we are. At key holiday times such as Christmas, orders may not be dispatched within the same timelines but notice will be clearly posted on the Website to note this.
All orders are also dispatched with paper invoices which should be kept as proof of purchase. We do not send dispatch invoices electronically.

16. Delivery
Orders must be placed before 11 am for next day delivery and to comply with allocated working day delivery and we ship to the entire UK. This is an economy tracked 2-3 working day service. We also offer a next working day expedited courier service (next day courier but we do not guarantee it as we know couriers can always have delays).
We currently use Royal Mail or local Courier service.
Orders are usually received within 2-3 working days of dispatch (quite often sooner) for our economy service and 1-2 days for our courier service. However, due to unforeseen events such as weather or courier failures, it can on occasions take 3-5 working days. If your order is dispatched by Courier service a signature will be required on delivery.
You should receive a confirmation of dispatch by email with a tracking number if a valid email address was provided when you placed your order. The tracking will either be for Royal Mail or Interlink https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and a link will be provided for the courier service. The tracking information for Courier shipped orders will show delivery updates.
Note that we will use the most cost-efficient shipping service to UK addresses considered either offshore (including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man or any other island), highlands & islands, and some other UK areas. This may be done via Courier or Royal Mail.
If necessary, we reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.
If in the rare event you have not received your order within 5 working days, please check the tracking information and if unable to resolve with the Courier or Royal Mail, please contact us immediately using our Contact Us. It is the customer’s responsibility to report lost items to us within 7 days of notified dispatch. In the rare event where orders are not received within the expected timeframe, we need to follow the process of our courier service to locate and get your parcel to you which can take up to 5 working days.
Customers are obliged to comply with either Royal Mail/Courier claim compensation process and/or the Gideon 300 Ministry's (UK) process. Failure to comply will result in no refund being issued.
Gideon 300 Ministry (UK) will not be liable for any delay in the delivering of purchases or the performance of the delivery service, however caused.
If you change addresses, you are responsible for updating your address details by logging in to your account. You can update your address details by logging in to your account. You will be liable for any orders posted to the wrong location if you have not updated your address.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

17. Inspection of Goods & Damaged Orders
If your order is damaged in any way in transit, if signing for the order you must note that the order is received damaged on a signing. If all the order or any item in your order is damaged, you must Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with our delivery service and resolve the issue as soon as possible. For our claim, we require images of the damaged goods and you must not discard of the goods until the matter has been resolved.
You must also inspect all the goods received on delivery to make sure you are happy with them. Any errors must be reported within 7 days. We require an image of the enclosed packing slip to resolve and we can only refund food products within 30 days if you find a problem with them. We do not take responsibility for how you may store and use them.

18. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placing your order by contacting us via our Contact Us and include your order number. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund you straight away. If you cancel your order after the goods have been shipped, you must accept them and return them to us unopened and in good condition at your own cost, so we can process your cancellation. If you refuse delivery, we incur return costs and we will deduct this from any future cancellation refund.
You may also return any un-opened items within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund. You must contact us before returning the items using our Contact Form, so we can provide a returns number for your return. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example if you received an incorrect or defective item). All goods must be returned in the original packaging and we cannot accept returned food items without their original packaging.
We recommend you return goods tracked or signed for so we can ensure receipt as we cannot issue a refund unless the goods are returned to us. Once returned, the goods will be inspected and if a refund is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of us receiving the goods back.

19. Late or Missing Refunds
If you are yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
